We slow-cook our proteins for over 16 hours, every element of the menu is carefully curated, using high-quality, often locally sourced ingredients that reflect our commitment to excellence.

JOAO MEDINA

Meet Joao Medina, Co-Founder and culinary visionary behind AZUL. Hailing from Mexico City, Joao’s love for Mexican food and culture is the heartbeat of his culinary journey.With a degree in hand, Joao sharpened his skills in the bustling kitchens of Mexico City before making his mark in Toronto.

His mission– to share the vibrant flavors and rich heritage of Mexican cooking with every dish.
